Technical support, also known as IT support is really the engine behind any company in today’s technology driven society. Just as it is with your car, it does break down from time-to-time and requires maintenance, however unlike your car you can implement preventative maintenance to avoid tragedy in the form of down time.

This is done by covering two aspects:

  1. Reducing single points of failure and
  2. Speeding up recovery in the form of imaging and virtualisation.

At dashblack, we investigate your individual situation and become actively involved in implementing these steps. We can either be involved from a consultant point of view should you have an IT department, or take over your IT infrastructure in the event that you don’t.
Not only do we assist on this basis, but also the day-to-day happenings such as hardware and software malfunction and all other aspects of your electronic business.

This is done by either of the following three methods:

  1. Remote assistance via VPN (remote display protocol or other );
  2. Telephonic assistance or
  3. Call out.
